Norco AgriSolutions have been serving customers since 1948 with 26 stores across NSW and QLD, Animal Nutrition mills and an in-house commodity trading team. Our Animal Health and Nutrition team plays a crucial role in enhancing livestock health, productivity, and farm efficiency. Through science-backed feed formulations and expert support, we help farmers optimise their operations while maintaining the highest standards of animal welfare and sustainability.

The Opportunity

Norco AgriSolutions is looking for Feed Mill Operators to join our high-performing team at our Animal Nutrition production site in South Lismore on a full-time basis. This is a physical, hands-on role where you'll be actively involved in the feed manufacturing process - perfect for someone who enjoys staying on their feet and working in a team-focused environment.

No experience? No problem We provide full training to get you up to speed and if you have manufacturing, feed mill, or labouring experience, that's a bonus

What you will be doing

• Mixing and processing animal feed according to production recipes.
• Operating manufacturing equipment and ensuring quality standards.
• Manual handling tasks, including lifting and moving feed materials.
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
• Collaborating with a small, supportive team to meet the needs of our farmers and customers.

What we are looking for

• A genuine team player with a positive attitude and solution-focused approach.
• Physically fit and able to complete manual handling tasks.
• Your safety is our priority, so safety-conscious is important to us with good attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills for production tracking.
• If you have a forklift licence that's terrific, but if you don't, don't worry as we can support you in obtaining your licence once you are with us.
• Flexibility to work different shifts when needed – we offer morning and afternoon shifts so you might be able to work around your other commitments.
