About the role
Join the dynamic team at Star Sales & Service as a full-time Salesperson in our Albany WA store. In this hands-on retail role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and selling our high-quality brands such as Husqvarna outdoor power products, Briggs & Stratton, Redgum log splitters, Victa mowers, robot mowers and other garden machinery.
What you'll be doing
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner
- Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Provide advice to customers and problem solve their needs
- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve store operations
What we're looking for
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent product knowledge and mechanical knowledge
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Enthusiasm for delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Ability to interpret parts diagrams
- Reasonable computer skills
