Our client, a leading national advisory firm specializing in restructuring, is seeking an Accountant (Insolvency) to join their Melbourne CBD office. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career with a future-focused, supportive, and collaborative team.

Your role will include:

  • Managing engagements from start through to completion
  • Supporting senior team members with strategy and implementation
  • Collaborating across teams and contributing to high-profile projects
  • Managing stakeholder relationships with professionalism and confidence
  • Investigating distressed companies' financial affairs
  • Preparing detailed reports and client communications
  • Working on complex technical issues alongside directors, managers, and business leaders

About you:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or related field
  • 3+ years in an advisory firm – locally with minimum 1 year experience in restructuring and insolvency
  • CA/CPA qualified or currently completing
  • Strong communication skills with high emotional intelligence (EQ)
  • A proactive team player with strong analytical skills
