Your Role
As a Accountant / Senior Accountant, you will:

Manage a portfolio of SME and individual clients across various industries
Prepare and review financial statements, tax returns, and BAS/IAS
Work alongside our Bookkeeping team to ensure a seamless accounting experience for our full-service clients
Provide strategic tax planning and business advisory services
Supervise and mentor junior accountants both in person and Offshore
Build strong client relationships and identify growth opportunities
Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and standards

What We're Looking For

CA or CPA qualified or commenced qualification
Minimum 3 years' experience in public practice
Strong technical knowledge in taxation and accounting standards
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Experience with Xero, MYOB, and other cloud-based platforms
A holistic, proactive approach to client issues
Demonstrated success in cultivating strong relationships with key stakeholders and serving as a trusted advisor
Experience in the entertainment industry is favorable but not essential; a zest for learning about new industries is strongly desired
