The RoleAs a Customer Service Coordinator at Grace Removals, you'll be part of a team delivering exceptional service to both corporate and private clients. You'll coordinate domestic removals, manage ancillary services, and nurture relationships with some of our largest clients.
Responsibilities- Coordinating removal assignments and related services
- Managing client accounts, proposals, storage, and invoicing
- Maintaining accurate databases and administrative records
- Responding to client enquiries via phone and email efficiently
- Working collaboratively with the team to provide solutions and enhance customer experience
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Proven experience in building and maintaining client relationships
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Team-oriented mindset with strong organisational and administrative skills
- Competency in Word, Excel, and general computer systems
