The Role

As a Customer Service Coordinator at Grace Removals, you'll be part of a team delivering exceptional service to both corporate and private clients. You'll coordinate domestic removals, manage ancillary services, and nurture relationships with some of our largest clients.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinating removal assignments and related services
  • Managing client accounts, proposals, storage, and invoicing
  • Maintaining accurate databases and administrative records
  • Responding to client enquiries via phone and email efficiently
  • Working collaboratively with the team to provide solutions and enhance customer experience
About You

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven experience in building and maintaining client relationships
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
  • Team-oriented mindset with strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Competency in Word, Excel, and general computer systems
