Our portfolio includes premium apartment complexes throughout Perth, and we are currently seeking an experienced and proactive Residential Building Manager to oversee the day-to-day management and work collaboratively with our concierge team.About the RoleAs the Residential Building Manager, you will oversee the daily operations, maintenance, and resident satisfaction of the property.
You'll be the first point of contact for residents, contractors, and service providers, ensuring the building is safe, clean, well-maintained, and operating efficiently.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee all aspects of building operations, including maintenance, cleaning, and securityConduct regular inspections of common areas and facilitiesCoordinate and supervise contractors and service providersHandle resident enquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely mannerEnsure compliance with strata by-laws and building regulationsMonitor and report on building issues or repairsMaintain accurate records of maintenance activities, invoices, and service agreementsAssist with emergency response procedures and incident reportingUnlock job insightsSalary match Number of applicants Skills matchYour application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?
