Join a small, friendly team committed to excellence.Key Responsibilities:Ensure exceptional customer service levels.Convert incoming leads into sales appointments for our sales team.Support sales activities and follow up on new and existing leads.Handle customer communications professionally as the first point of contact via reception and phone.Administer solar installation paperwork processing.Process customer invoices, rebate claims, and orders.The role entails approximately 50% customer inquiry handling and 50% administrative duties.Qualifications:Previous experience in sales and/or administrative roles.Skills:Excellent phone manner with professionalism and enthusiasm.Ability to convert inquiries into sales appointments.People-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.Ability to multitask and work under pressure.Familiarity with office technology, procedures, and best practices.High attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.What We Offer:Competitive salary and benefits package.Positive and supportive work environment.
