Access Telehealth is transforming how healthcare reaches aged care homes and regional communities. Our HR team creates the systems and support that keep everything running smoothly. We are seeking a Human Resources Coordinator who thrives on autonomy and being trusted to get things done, shaping processes and serving as the go-to person for employees and managers while maintaining HR operations across the head office and clinical teams.
What makes this role different- Four days a week: strong work/life balance with maintained responsibilities.
- Hybrid working: mix of home and office (minimum two days in Heatherton) for focused and collaborative work.
- Autonomy: report to the Head of Talent and HR and own your patch, drive improvements, and manage day-to-day HR matters.

- Support employee relations, change management, and continuous improvement projects.
You are self-driven, organized, and confident working independently. You are proactive, practical, and able to juggle multiple priorities without losing momentum.
The Essentials- Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
- Strong HR coordination/administration background.
