Human Resources Coordinator – 4 Days a Week, Hybrid

Access Telehealth is transforming how healthcare reaches aged care homes and regional communities. Our HR team creates the systems and support that keep everything running smoothly. We are seeking a Human Resources Coordinator who thrives on autonomy and being trusted to get things done, shaping processes and serving as the go-to person for employees and managers while maintaining HR operations across the head office and clinical teams.

What makes this role different
  • Four days a week: strong work/life balance with maintained responsibilities.
  • Hybrid working: mix of home and office (minimum two days in Heatherton) for focused and collaborative work.
  • Autonomy: report to the Head of Talent and HR and own your patch, drive improvements, and manage day-to-day HR matters.
  • Meaningful impact: your work directly supports clinicians delivering care to vulnerable Australians.
What You'll Be Doing
  • Act as the first point of contact for staff and contractor HR queries.
  • Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, and contract variations to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Drive HR communications and engagement activities to foster connection in the workplace.
  • Maintain HR records and compliance frameworks to stay audit-ready and professional.
  • Support employee relations, change management, and continuous improvement projects.
Who You Are

You are self-driven, organized, and confident working independently. You may have solid HR experience and are seeking balance, or you might be returning to the workforce at a less senior level while doing meaningful work. You are proactive, practical, and able to juggle multiple priorities without losing momentum.

The Essentials
  • Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong HR coordination/administration background.
  • Understanding of Australian employment law and compliance.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and systems skills.

Bonus points if you have healthcare or aged care experience, or if you're familiar with HRIS platforms like Employment Hero.

Ready to take ownership, make a difference, and enjoy balance? Apply now and bring your HR skills to a role where autonomy and impact go hand in hand.

At Access Telehealth, we know our strength comes from the diversity of our people. We're proud to create an environment where everyone feels valued, supported, and able to bring their whole selves to work. We warmly welcome applications from people of all backgrounds and life experiences, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, LGBTQIA+ communities, people with disability, and those returning to the workforce.
