Remuneration: $56.68 - $58.52 per hour + super + incentives

About The RoleThis role combines hands-on clinical work with leadership responsibilities. You will deliver outreach services to the Merriwa and Denman Multipurpose Services, working with adults and children on swallowing and communication needs. Your impact includes mentorship, staff supervision, and leading quality improvement projects that improve client and community outcomes. You will receive ongoing clinical supervision, peer support, and access to tailored professional development within a collaborative and innovative culture.
Responsibilities- Deliver outreach speech pathology services to the Merriwa and Denman Multipurpose Services (adults and children) on swallowing and communication needs.
- Provide mentorship and supervise staff.
- Lead quality improvement projects to shape better outcomes for clients and the community.
- Engage in ongoing clinical supervision and professional development.
- Passionate, client-centred Speech Pathologist who thrives in a multidisciplinary environment.
- Strong clinical reasoning, initiative, and a flexible mindset.
- Enjoy mentoring peers, managing a varied caseload, and finding creative ways to support clients.
- Must hold a bachelor or postgraduate degree in speech pathology which provides eligibility for membership of Speech Pathology Australia, or an equivalent qualification as determined by the employer.
- Eligibility to drive in NSW.
- Up to $10,000 in the first 12 months PLUS up to $10,000 each year thereafter under the Rural Health Workforce Incentive Scheme (pro-rated for part-time staff).
