Overview

Senior Recruitment Consultant | Allied Health and Occupational Rehabilitation across NSW & ACT. This is a chance to work in a well-established paediatric speech pathology practice with a strong reputation for quality care, collaboration and a genuinely supportive team culture. Founded in 2016 and now home to 25 staff, including 20 Speech Pathologists, this growing service offers clinic-based roles from modern centres in Warners Bay and Adamstown NSW.

Base pay range

A$76,000.00/yr - A$110,000.00/yr

  • Structured incentive program – earn 50% of any billable hours over target
  • Shift options: 7:30am–1:30pm or 1:00pm–7:00pm

Role focus

You'll be working with neurodivergent children, early intervention clients (0–7), and supporting kids with a mix of speech, language, literacy, AAC, and fluency needs. Choose from flexible shifts (morning or afternoon), within the clinic from Monday to Friday.

What you'll need
  • Speech Pathology qualification and SPA eligibility
  • Preference for candidates with 3+ years' experience in paediatrics
  • Strong interest in evidence-based practice and child-centred care
