Our Client

Our client is a leading credit specialist and funds manager with over $20 billion dollars of assets under management. It has an enjoyable and vibrant culture with over 400 employees and operations and offices in Melbourne, Sydney, Shanghai and Hong Kong and strong growth plans for the future.

The Role

This role with suit lawyers with funds & financial services, banking & finance and/or on point corporate and commercial experience gained either in-house or in private practice. You will work directly with the Chief Legal Counsel and General Counsel to provide legal services to the funds management division as well across other part of the business. Your role will be varied and will include providing legal advice to the business in relation to registered managed investment schemes operated by the business, as well as projects on the establishment of other funds. You will also advise on lending, funding, contracts and disputes. Securitization Lawyers are also encouraged to apply.
