This role is perfect for a 1–3 PQE Australian-qualified lawyer seeking hands-on experience across corporate law, commercial contracts, governance, and regulatory compliance in a fast-paced and supportive environment.
About the Role In this broad and varied in-house position, you'll work closely with the General Counsel and Company Secretary to support all legal and governance matters across the business.
You'll be involved in a range of responsibilities, including commercial contract negotiation, corporate compliance, M&A support, board reporting, and regulatory filings.
This is an outstanding opportunity to make an impact in a collaborative team, with exposure to senior stakeholders across a growing international organisation.
