Quality Assurance Manager - Spanian's Kebabs

$90k + Super (Depending on Experience)

We are looking for an experiencedQA Managerwith a background in Hospitality to lead our food safety and compliance systems across all locations. This role ensures that every kebab we serve meets the highest standards in safety, hygiene, and quality. You'lloversee audits, manage HACCP frameworks, liaise with suppliers, and help train our store teams in best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct internal audits and store inspections
  • Maintain food safety and hygiene systems (HACCP)
  • Manage quality control investigations and reporting
  • Train store teams on compliance standards
  • Stay updated with food safety regulations and implement changes
  • Experience in QSR, FMCG, or food service QA roles (Preferred but not essential)
  • Strong communicator and trainer
  • Knowledgeable when it comes to HACCP, FSANZ standards, and food safety audits
  • Ability to work independently and willingness to travel sites
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team environment
