Overview

We are seeking a number of Traffic Controllers to join our growing team on a casual basis. You'll be based out of our Bayswater North location and work throughout Melbourne, predominately servicing our internal departments.

With nearly 20 years' experience, Prestige Civil Group is a diverse, full-service Civil Construction organisation providing services all across Melbourne, priding ourselves on quality, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
  • Implement and monitor operational Traffic Management Plans
  • Set up, manage and remove temporary traffic control schemes and signage
  • Direct traffic using a stop-slow sign and other traffic control devices
  • Coordinate with other road traffic personnel, construction workers and emergency response teams
  • Complete site checks and monitor traffic behaviour and flow to ensure public safety
  • Report on site hazards and near misses
Experience and Qualifications
  • Minimum 6+ months in Traffic Control
  • Valid traffic control tickets - minimum TC2/TMI2
  • Red/White Construction Card
  • Valid Victorian Drivers Licence
  • First Aid & Spotters Ticket is highly regarded
  • Willing to undergo a pre-employment medical including drug & alcohol screening
