The Role / Duties
  • Database management: building and managing a client database, building a pipeline
  • Prospecting
  • Marketing appointments and auctions
  • Sales negotiations
  • Includes Saturdays
  • Achieve monthly targets
  • Attend Open for Inspections & All Auctions
Salary
  • Fortnightly Wage
  • Potential to earn monthly commissions
  • Will consider junior experience
Requirements
  • Victorian Agent\'s Representative Certificate
  • Career minded, Driven, Strive to Succeed
  • A "Can Do" Attitude and Willingness to Learn
  • Excellent personal presentation
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Customer service focused
  • Highly motivated, punctual, reliable and honest
  • Disciplined to follow procedures and processes
  • Experienced negotiating skills
  • Current driver\'s license and own car
