We are currently seeking a motivated Administration Cadet to join our dynamic team and work closely with our Operations Manager for Place One Group's vibrant offices. This rare and exciting opportunity offers you the chance to be fully immersed in the world of real estate administration 4 days per week, gaining direct mentorship and experience at the highest level.

You'll also have the unique opportunity to work closely with one of our Managing Co-Directors - a true leader within the Place business.

Key Responsibilities

• Task Driven Execution: Perform administrative tasks with high attention to detail.
• Mail Management: Handle and distribute all incoming and outgoing mail.
• Office and Event Coordination: Maintain the booking system, calendar, and general upkeep of meeting and event spaces.
• Call Handling: Forward calls promptly or take accurate messages and ensure timely follow-up.
• Team Support: Provide day-to-day assistance to both the Operations manager and senior leadership for team meetings, event planning, and event day set up.
