    Job Description
    • Own the end-to-end payroll process for 500+ employees across multiple sites.
    • Apply your award and EBA expertise to ensure accurate entitlements and compliance.
    • Maintain audit-ready payroll records and support internal controls.
    • Respond to payroll queries with clarity and confidence, building trust across the business.
    • Collaborate with finance to reconcile payroll accounts and support month-end.
    • Prepare and lodge payroll tax, superannuation, and statutory obligations.
    • Contribute to system upgrades and process improvements that drive efficiency.
    • Deliver insightful payroll reports to support strategic decision-making.

    The Successful Applicant

    A Successful Payroll Officer Should Have
    • Proven experience in payroll processing within Australia.
    • Strong knowledge of payroll systems and relevant software.
    • Understanding of Australian tax, superannuation, and payroll legislation.
    • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
    • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines efficiently.
    • Effective communication skills to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
