About the role:
We are currently seeking a part-time, Site Administrator to join our team at our long-term project at Narrabri. Reporting to our Senior Site Administrator, and working as part of a close-knit site-based project management team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support across a diverse range of tasks, including:
- Weekly timesheet processing
- Flight & Accommodation bookings
- Managing compliances
- Roster management
- General administration and support to the project management team
About You:
We are seeking a self-motivated, detail-oriented team player with the following:
- Strong administrative and coordination skills
- High attention to detail and excellent organisational ability
- Previous experience in a similar site-based administrative role (highly regarded)
- Exposure to finance admin functions (desirable)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with ERP systems such as Pronto or INX (desirable)
- Ability to manage competing deadlines and work autonomously
