About the role:

We are currently seeking a part-time, Site Administrator to join our team at our long-term project at Narrabri. Reporting to our Senior Site Administrator, and working as part of a close-knit site-based project management team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support across a diverse range of tasks, including:

  • Weekly timesheet processing
  • Flight & Accommodation bookings
  • Managing compliances
  • Roster management
  • General administration and support to the project management team

About You:

We are seeking a self-motivated, detail-oriented team player with the following:

  • Strong administrative and coordination skills
  • High attention to detail and excellent organisational ability
  • Previous experience in a similar site-based administrative role (highly regarded)
  • Exposure to finance admin functions (desirable)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with ERP systems such as Pronto or INX (desirable)
  • Ability to manage competing deadlines and work autonomously
