Overview

Join RPG Residential Property Group – Quality Control Officer Wanted Based in Kiama, RPG is a well-established construction company specialising in duplex and dual-key developments across NSW. This role involves carrying out quality audits on residential construction sites to ensure builds meet Australian standards and RPG's quality metrics and safe site practices.

Responsibilities
  • Be on the ground at residential construction sites, carrying out quality audits using the Inspection App.
  • Ensure every build meets Australian standards, RPG's internal quality metrics, and safe site practices.
What We're Looking For

This role would suit someone with a carpentry or construction trade background, but that's not essential. What matters most is a practical mindset, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn RPG's systems and processes.

  • Tech-comfortable with laptops and phone apps
  • Flexible to travel, including occasional overnight stays
What We Offer
  • Competitive base salary: $75K – $95K
  • Total package (including super, car & fuel): $100K – $120K
