About The Role

We're looking for a passionate Gardens and Grounds Maintenance Team Member to join our team in Parramatta You'll be responsible for maintaining gardens and lawns at residential and commercial sites. If you bring the right attitude, we'll provide the training you need to succeed.

Position Details
  • Employment Type: Casual - up to 22.8 hours per week
  • Working Hours: Between Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM
  • Start Date: As soon as possible
  • Travel Requirements: Yes – travel is required as part of the role, but you will not be expected to use your own vehicle. A company vehicle will be provided when available.
Key Responsibilities
  • Perform all aspects of gardening, lawn care, and grounds maintenance.
  • Support the Team Leader in fostering a positive, values-driven team culture.
  • Assist supported employees in building skills and reaching their employment goals.
  • Complete tasks as directed by Team Leaders.
  • Bring a positive, can-do attitude to every job.
What We're Looking For
  • Background in property or garden maintenance, including lawn and weed identification.
  • Familiarity with operating relevant equipment (training provided if needed).
  • Physically fit for manual handling tasks.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks within a small team.
  • Valid driver's licence - minimum P2.
  • Confident towing a trailer.
  • Hold or be willing to obtain a NDIS Worker Screening Check.
  • Hold or be willing to obtain a Working with Children Check
