We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced **Maintenance Officer** to join the team at **Oaks Cypress Lakes Resort**. This vital role is responsible for carrying out a variety of repairs, pool maintenance, and general maintenance tasks across the Resort.

**About the role**:

- Undertake general repairs and maintenance across the property and facilities
- Perform pool maintenance to ensure safe and compliant operation
- Provide induction and supervision of external contractors
- Implement the preventative maintenance program for each property
- Maintain accurate daily work records and service schedules
- Support the wider team to ensure a safe and well-maintained environment for guests and staff

**Qualifications**
- Previous hands-on building or property maintenance experience
- Experience or willingness to undertake pool maintenance duties
- Strong problem-solving and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A passion for delivering high standards of presentation and safety
- Availability to work weekends and public holidays if required
