THE OPPORTUNITY
Join our passionate team at Bimbadgen, one of the Hunter Valley’s premier wine estates.
We are seeking a dedicated Cellar & Vineyard Hand to assist with a variety of vineyard and winery operations. This hands-on role involves supporting grape processing, fermentation monitoring, barrel work, and bottling, as well as general vineyard maintenance such as pruning, mulching, and equipment upkeep. You will also assist with wine transfers, fruit thinning, and ensuring all tasks are carried out safely and efficiently.
This is an Ideal role for an experienced Cellar Hand but would also suit someone wanting to start in the industry. So, if you are well established in the industry or just starting out, we’d love to hear from you
**ABOUT YOU**:
**To be successful in this role, you will have**:
Passion for wine and the Hunter Valley wine industry
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Ability to work independently and within a team
Sound understanding of health and safety
Driver Licence (Class C) required, Forklift Licence preferred
Previous experience essential and relevant qualifications are a bonus
