What You'll Be Doing
  • Own the marketing function end-to-end: brand, digital, content, campaigns, PR, events—if it touches marketing, it touches you.
  • Lead and inspire a growing team of marketers, creatives, and specialists.
  • Roll up your sleeves and execute with precision. We want someone who's just as comfortable in the strategy room as they are in the trenches.
  • Drive lead generation and pipeline growth across our service lines—yes, we care about results.
  • Partner closely with our Partners and Executive Team to align marketing with business outcomes.
  • Take a strong, credible brand and make it unmissable.

What You Bring
  • 8+ years in marketing, professional services or a fast-paced corporate environment.
  • Proven success inspiring teams, and delivering measurable impact individually and through team members.
  • Deep knowledge of modern marketing tools (HubSpot would be a plus), social media channels, and tactics—from brand to performance.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale events and integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder skills (you'll be working with senior leaders).
  • A portfolio of campaigns and strategies that moved the needle.
  • Willingness to travel to all our locations where Kelly +Partners have a presence.
