  • You will work closely with Kerry Smith our Senior Business Development Manager.
In this role, you will:
  • Originate business lending and paired lending applications exclusively for broker-introduced customers in QLD.
  • Generate revenue through discovery and execution of lending and non-lending needs of the customer.
  • Identify and promote the bank's products and services exclusively to broker-introduced customers.
  • Undertake proactive calls to your broker network you share with your NCB Senior BDM to build broker relationships and support business development.
  • Create Broker loyalty through delivery of exceptional service to broker and customer.
  • Undertake Market Education Program sessions and Broker Professional Development events in conjunction with your Senior NCB BDM to ensure the NAB Commercial Broker's value proposition is realised. Discuss lending scenarios and structure with broker panel. Respond to simple queries regarding product, policy, and process to make it easier for Brokers to do business with us.
  • Conduct regular planned Sales Calls from NAB's existing panel of Brokers with structured objectives and outcomes. Capture all Sales Calls and activity using Customer Record Management System (Salesforce). Manage and leverage stakeholder relationships to deliver a comprehensive, competitive, and quality service experience to broker businesses.
