Talent Acquisition Management - Superannuation & Investments (APRCSA)

In this role you will be responsible for the effective implementation of Cbus' Operational Due Diligence framework. This role is a Line 1 risk role within the broader Business Risk and Compliance Team.

This role is part of the Investment Risk & Compliance team, a first line risk team, to drive an optimised and sustainable balance between risk, reward, and support of Investments and Investment Enablement through developing and advocating for strong risk frameworks and ensuring robust compliance within Investments.

Key areas of focus for this role include:

• Operational due diligence of investment managers
• Risk reporting and communications

For your success; the role will require investment compliance and investment operational risk experience, ideally within a superannuation fund, investment bank, broker, investment manager or custodian environment across different asset classes and hedge funds.

You will need an understanding of operational due diligence and/or experience with operational processes in the trade lifecycle across different asset classes and detailed understanding of superannuation investments, and structures.
