Operational Due Diligence Expert

This key role focuses on implementing an effective Operational Due Diligence framework, driving a balanced approach to risk and reward within the Investment Risk & Compliance team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for operational due diligence of investment managers, risk reporting, and communications. Key areas of focus include:

  • Operational due diligence of investment managers
  • Risk reporting and communications

Qualifications and experience include investment compliance and investment operational risk expertise ideally within a superannuation fund, investment bank, broker, investment manager, or custodian environment across different asset classes and hedge funds.

An understanding of operational due diligence and/or experience with operational processes in the trade lifecycle across different asset classes is required, along with a detailed understanding of superannuation investments and structures.

Applicants should have the ability to work effectively within a team environment, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
