About the Role

• Join our dynamic team as a Managing Consultant (Manager), where you'll collaborate to solve client challenges, drive project success, and contribute to continuous improvement.
• This hybrid role, based in Canberra, offers an exciting opportunity to lead, strategize, manage relationships, coach team members, and deliver impactful results.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage project teams, ensuring high-quality outcomes and timely delivery.
• Develop and implement strategies that align with client objectives.
• Predict and articulate potential risks or risk mitigation requirements.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, proactively addressing their needs.
• Provide coaching and performance feedback to team members.
• Puts forward market-relevant insights to senior leaders and clients.
• Manage utilisation targets while contributing to business development.

Requirements and Experience

• 5+ years of proven experience in management or technology consulting or service delivery.
• Strong track record of leading diverse projects with measurable impact.
• Expertise in managing client-facing teams or serving as a recognised technical leader in your field.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and teamwork skills.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal including presentations and facilitation.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Australian Citizenship is mandatory. Current or reinstatable AGSVA Baseline Security clearance is preferred.
