Create Christmas Magic this festive season with Scene to Believe. No experience needed – just bring the vibe

We're hiring Christmas Experience Team members (our Elves) across Australia and New Zealand. You will be the friendly face creating magical moments for all of Santa's visitors as you guide guests through their experience, sharing the joy of the season from start to finish.

Role location: Outer West Sydney Region, including:

  • Rouse Hill Town Centre
  • Westpoint
  • Plumpton Marketplace
  • Kellyville Pets
  • The Vineyard
  • Mount Druitt
  • Penrith

What You'll Be Doing

  • Welcome families and spread Christmas cheer
  • Help capture magical Santa photos
  • Ensure a fun, stress-free experience for kids and adults
  • Work with a tight-knit team to make holiday memories happen
  • Process and package visitor prints and photo packages with care
  • Ensure every family's photo moment with Santa is top quality

All training is provided, hours are flexible, and the office is magical. It's fast, fun, and no two days are alike.

Qualifications / Requirements

  • Full of good vibes and festive energy
  • Great with people (and pets) of all ages
  • Cool under pressure
  • A team player who loves making people feel welcome
  • Have or be willing to obtain a Working with Children's Clearance
