About the Role

Join a compassionate team within Forensicare's People & Culture team as the LinkSafe Governance and Administration Lead. You will provide critical administrative, operational, and system support in onboarding and inducting external service providers, students, and professional visitors to Forensicare.

You will support the Head of Business Support Services and be based at the Forensicare Corporate Office, Thomas Embling Hospital in Fairfield.

Responsibilities include:

  • Being the first point of contact for all LinkSafe inquiries, managing the Business Support inbox.
  • Managing Forensicare user accounts and system functionality.
  • Overseeing system configuration and enhancements, maintaining the System Change Log.
  • Conducting regular audits to ensure data integrity.
  • Managing LinkSafe Profiles proactively.
  • Updating and creating LinkSafe induction content in consultation with stakeholders.
  • Providing advice and support on registration processes for External Service Providers, Students, and Visitors, ensuring compliance with policies.

About You

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport across diverse backgrounds.
  • Motivated self-starter with a positive, collaborative attitude.
  • Ability to work independently, set priorities, and manage time effectively.
  • Highly organized with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with onboarding and induction in a shared service environment is desirable.
  • Experience with LinkSafe or similar software is advantageous.
