Overview

Laser and Beauty Therapist - Wollongong and Shellharbour

We are hiring a full-time Beauty and Laser Therapist to join Results Laser Clinic. We specialise in laser hair removal and advanced skin treatments with clinics across Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. Our team receives ongoing training and professional development to help you succeed in your role.

As part of the Results Laser Clinic team, you will perform various treatments on clients using innovative technologies and ingredients, and tailor treatment plans and skincare routines to each client's needs to deliver exceptional experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Perform treatments including Laser Hair Removal, Microdermabrasion, Oxygen Infusion Therapy, Chemical Peels, Skin Needling, Fractional RF (Face, Scarring & Stretch Marks), Laser for pigmentation, capillaries, rosacea & veins, RF Facelifts, and Body RF Treatments
  • Provide consults and recommend treatment plans and skincare routines
  • Ensure a high standard of client care and deliver WOW moments in every visit
  • Contribute to a positive team environment focused on training, education and professional development
To be a successful applicant
  • Minimum completion of Certificate IV in Beauty Therapy
  • Experience using medical-grade devices (e.g., Candela, Healite) is advantageous but not essential
  • Passionate and knowledgeable about skincare, professional treatments and services
  • Experience in a retail environment with ability to achieve sales targets and team KPIs
  • Strong communication and consultation skills with dedication to customer service
  • Passionate about building confidence in clients' skin and body
  • Willingness to learn and develop professionally
  • Positive, proactive attitude and ability to work in a team
  • Availability to work weekends and late nights (Thurs)
  • Laser Safety Certification course completed or enrolled
