As an Occupational Therapist within the Aged Care Assessment Team, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to conduct comprehensive aged care assessments and provide referrals, support, and information to patients and their families in line with Department of Health and Aging and ACAT guidelines.
You will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient, effective, and timely assessments for clients in both acute care facilities and community settings, promoting uniformity and equity of access to Australian government-funded aged care services.

A little about us.
Bulli Hospital, located on Dharawal Country, provides inpatient, outpatient and allied health services, as well as the Urgent Care Centre, for the northern Illawarra.
The Urgent Care Centre provides treatment for minor injury and illness.
The nurse-led model of care enables patients to be seen and assessed by specialist nurses who, in consultation with medical teams, deliver treatment and management plans for patients.
Situated just a short drive from the stunning Bulli Beach and the scenic Illawarra Escarpment, the hospital not only provides essential health services but also offers a tranquil and beautiful environment for both patients and staff.
