Regional Health Charity Leadership Position
About the RoleThis leadership role involves overseeing the strategic, operational and financial management of a regional health charity. As the executive officer, you will be responsible for implementing plans, managing a team and ensuring compliance with relevant governance.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive outcomes and growth
- Manage a dedicated team with clarity and accountability
- Oversee budgets, forecasting and performance reporting
- Identify and develop innovative revenue streams through events, partnerships and grants
- Enhance brand recognition and community engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with donors, sponsors and stakeholders
To succeed in this position, you will require:
- Executive or senior leadership experience in health, community or not-for-profit sectors
- Financial literacy and a proven record of improving performance and sustainability
- Experience in developing innovative funding streams and income diversification
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
