We are currently working closely with an innovative water treatment organisation with cutting edge technologies which are being used across projects both nationally and internationally. Due to recent success, the company are expanding and seeking a dynamic and results orientated Regional Sales Manager to join the team and expand their market presence.

As the Regional Sales Manager for membrane water treatment, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and developing strategic sales plans within your assigned region. Your expertise in water treatment technologies and your ability to understand customer needs will be key to your success.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and market growth.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities across Australia and New Zealand.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
  4. Provide technical expertise and support to customers on membrane water treatment solutions.
  5. Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
  6. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  7. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
  8. Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to senior management.
  9. Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our products and services.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Business, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the water treatment or environmental sector.
  3. Strong knowledge of membrane water treatment technologies and applications is advantageous.
  4. Existing network base of clients from the industrial water sector is highly advantageous.
  5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  6. Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  7. Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
  8. Willingness to travel within the region as required.
