Business Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Office Manager to join our team at Business Nest. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing office operations, and overseeing the procurement of office supplies and equipment.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum diploma in business or related field and a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience. They will also possess excellent problem-solving skills, verbal and written communication skills, and a high level of accuracy and attention to details.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing excellent customer service to all internal and external stakeholders
- Managing office operations, procedures, and policies
- Overseeing the procurement of office supplies, equipment, and maintenance of equipment
- Identifying opportunities to streamline processes and implement improvements in the head office
- Monitoring the company's facility management projects in relation to their profitability
- Managing the recruitment and training plans of new employees
Requirements:
- Minimum diploma in business or related field
- A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
- Experience in BuildingLink software is an advantage
- Excellent problem-solving skills with verbal and written communication skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to details
- Able to perform under pressure
- Good team player
