ABOUT THE ROLES:

* Location: Brisbane CBD & Brisbane Southside
* Full Time
* Business Hours and/or Rotating Roster Available
* Minimum 38 hours a week
* Impressive remuneration package reflective of a premium grade building and client

Wilson Security is expanding in the Qld, securing additional contracts that strengthen our presence in the region. This growth has created new roles within our team, focused on enhancing response and support capabilities for our existing teams and clients.

These positions are crucial to our success in the region and will be supported by our Operations Team and Duty Managers. They offer the opportunity to work in site management roles as well as response roles, handling events such as protests and emergency management, with training across multiple locations and a variety of positions.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive security strategies for the site and precinct
* Lead a team of security personnel and oversee contractors, tenants and visitors
* Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements for site security
* Manage incident response, investigations, and emergency preparedness plans
* Liaise with local authorities, stakeholders, and tenants to maintain a safe and secure environment
* Monitor and review access control, surveillance systems, and other security technologies
* Deliver regular risk assessments, audits, and reporting to operations managers

Key Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior security management role, preferably in a commercial real estate building, office tower or CBD precinct environment
* Relevant security qualifications and licenses
* Strong leadership and people management skills
* Demonstrated experience with security systems, emergency response, and stakeholder engagement
* High level of integrity, discretion, and decision-making ability
* Excellent communication, reporting, and interpersonal skills

* Demonstrated ability in the use of Computers and Security related systems (Access Control, CCTV, Microsoft Programmes)
* Availability to and physical fitness to walk and stand for long periods
* Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
