MSS Security is looking for a professional and self-reliant Security Concierge to join our team at a high-profile site in Olympic Park. This is a Level 3 position offering $28.38 per hour + super + shift loadings, with parking available on site.

About the Role:
In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for staff, visitors, and contractors - ensuring both safety and a strong customer service presence. It's suited to someone who is confident working independently, while remaining responsive, approachable, and proactive. The role operates on a rotating 24/7 roster, covering days, nights, and weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage access using VMS systems

  • Provide a professional front-of-house presence

  • Conduct regular patrols and maintain security awareness

  • Deliver exceptional customer service

  • Write detailed incident reports and shift handovers

  • Respond to emergencies and liaise with relevant authorities

What We're Looking For:

  • Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written

  • Well presented, friendly, and professional

  • Self-reliant with the ability to work autonomously

  • Experience using Visitor Management Systems (VMS)

  • Valid NSW Security Licence and First Aid Certificate

  • 24/7 availability including nights, weekends, and public holidays
