Role

The post holder will deliver high quality care in accordance with guidance given and work delegated by registered nurses. The post holder will ensure a person centred approach to care delivery which is safe and effective to ensure and maintain quality strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure a person centred approach to care delivery which is safe and effective to maintain quality.
What we'll need you to bring
  • SVQ III in healthcare, or working towards, or equivalent experience working within a caring environment/role.
  • Ability to work with people and as part of a multidisciplinary/agency team.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to carry out assigned patient care tasks effectively within a busy environment.
  • Ability to work unsupervised.
  • To actively participate in the Personal Development Plan process to fulfil the requirements of continuing professional development.
  • Working knowledge of basic information technology.
  • Please note that for vacancies where a driving licence is required this must be a full UK/EU/EEA licence.
Desirable
  • Previous experience in a community healthcare setting
  • Evidence of continuous personal development & a commitment to lifelong learning
Contract details
  • Contract type: Permanent
  • Working pattern: Full time (37 hours per week)
Location and working pattern

This role will be based in Primary Care Services - Lanarkshire within Clydesdale Locality. The working pattern for this role is shift work.
