Due to successful growth, we are seeking a solution-focused, curious, and analytical Major Account Manager to join our high-performing, customer-centric Service Delivery Team in Pyrmont.

As a Major Account Manager at efm, you will partner with customers to find solutions and deliver efficiencies within their supply chain. You will develop a deep understanding of customer requirements within your portfolio and provide insights and expertise to navigate complex logistics environments and solve problems quickly.

Responsibilities include:

  • Building strong, long-lasting relationships with customers at multiple levels
  • Regularly contacting customers to ensure clarity on projects and timelines
  • Providing operational assistance with onsite presence
  • Driving continuous improvement through understanding customer and market insights, including strategic consultancy
  • Delivering a superior experience to improve our NPS results
  • Ensuring the best logistics experience across the supply chain to retain and grow accounts
  • Providing insightful reports and analysis on solution performance and efficiency opportunities

Experience required:

  • At least 2 years of experience in an Account or Project Management role, preferably in Supply Chain Management
  • A strong focus on relationship management processes
  • Deep understanding of business drivers
  • Proven skills in analysis, problem-solving, decision-making, and negotiation
  • Ability to navigate complex logistics scenarios and identify optimal solutions
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Solution-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, challenging environment
