Role Description – Aftermarket Sales Manager

We're looking for a driven and personable Aftermarket Sales Manager to join our high-performing team in Melbourne, VIC. This is a full-time, on-site role where you'll play a key part in helping customers enhance their vehicle ownership experience — and be rewarded with a lucrative commission plan that recognises your performance.

You'll be responsible for presenting and selling a wide range of high-quality aftermarket products and protection packages, all while delivering the level of service City Mazda is known for.

Your Day-to-Day

Consult with customers post-vehicle purchase to present tailored aftermarket solutions

Explain features and benefits of accessories, protection products, warranties, and insurance

Achieve and exceed sales targets with the support of a strong team and brand

Collaborate with our sales and delivery teams to ensure a seamless customer experience

Maintain long-term client relationships through strong follow-up and care

Contribute to the ongoing success of the dealership through proactive sales strategies

What We're Looking For

Sales and customer service experience (automotive industry is a bonus)

Strong communication and people skills

A results-driven mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction

Self-motivated, organised, and able to work both independently and in a team

Knowledge of aftermarket products, vehicle protection solutions, or insurance is a plus
