You won't feel isolated on our site located 130kms from the Perth CBD and approximately 100kms from the coast. This provides you with the reassurance of being close to home by having the option to live locally or stay in our Village and DIDO. Have you had enough of long rosters and are now chasing a more balanced work and home life? Our sought after 7:7 roster (7 days on, 7 days off, 7 nights on, 7 days off) will allow you to have every second week off to enjoy your out of work interests and being at home with more time to spend with the family.

- We are looking for motivated Auto Electricians to be responsible for the maintenance and servicing of electrical systems and components on our Caterpillar Heavy Mobile Equipment (HME) Fleet.
- With an Autonomous Haulage System (AHS) successfully implemented at Boddington you will have the opportunity to:
- Work on leading edge technology that drives advances in mining fleet safety and performance.
- Work with our fleet of 793F Haul Trucks.
- Gain exposure to integrated mine operation systems.
- Learn about and work with high precision GPS systems.
- Learn networking principles and data transfer.
- Work with various computer programs.
- Work with MineStar technology which is ever evolving so always something new to learn.
- You will be committed to maximising the amount of scheduled maintenance and minimising the impact of unscheduled works, while striving to continually improve the way we do things.
- You will have a trade qualification as an Auto Electrician, experience maintaining HME, a current C class manual driver's licence and a proficient user of SAP, CAT SIS and general computer skills.
- Experience with Autonomous Haulage Systems and Caterpillar equipment will be highly regarded.
- You will always demonstrate a personal commitment to safety and use your experience and judgement to ensure yourself and your workmates stay safe.
