The Organisation
Our client is an one of Australia's largest healthcare providers. In a vital role, the business is currently looking for a Payroll Systems Manager to lead a medium sized team and play a key role in continuous improvement / compliance strategies for the payroll team.

Position Description
Reporting directly into the Director of Payroll, your duties will include but not be limited to the following:

  • Implement and execute strategic management objectives
  • Provide management, guidance, support and training for the Payroll Systems team
  • Ensure system and manual controls are maintained to support internal and external audits
  • Provide high quality customer service through accurate information and support to stakeholder enquiries
  • Identifying and implementing operational efficiencies where relevant
  • Review, manage and implement new legislative requirements
  • Review, manage and implement new Enterprise Agreement requirements
Candidate Profile
  • Exposure to SAP or other large payroll software products would be highly advantageous
  • Proven exposure leading teams and enhancing performance
  • Thoroughly knowledgeable about administration and implementation of payroll systems
  • Understanding of utilising payroll database software
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to take initiative and accountability for assigned task
  • High attention to detail including prioritising and organising workload
