Masterfile Systems Coordinator

This is a pivotal role within the Payroll Team, responsible for coordinating and administering information management activities.

The Payroll Services Masterfile Team leader plays a key part in ensuring accurate workforce information is processed and maintained.

The primary function involves updating and managing SAP Masterfile information to guarantee staff contract details and entitlements are correct on the payroll system.

  • Manage payroll processes, including preparation, reporting, and compliance.
  • Lead a team of payroll professionals or support a leadership role in a payroll environment.
  • Have in-depth knowledge of payroll processing systems, laws, and regulations.

We seek an individual with proven experience in payroll management, strong leadership skills, and excellent knowledge of payroll systems.

This role requires:

  • A track record of successfully managing payroll processes.
  • Prior experience leading a team of payroll professionals.
  • In-depth knowledge of payroll processing systems, laws, and regulations.
