Overview

ONDC Hearing Specialists is seeking a warm, approachable, and proactive Receptionist to join our vibrant team in the Adelaide CBD. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a key role in delivering a welcoming and professional experience. This is a diverse and rewarding role where you'll work closely with our Reception and Administration team to ensure the smooth running of daily clinic operations. We are looking for an organised and adaptable team player who can multitask with ease, and is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Warmly greet and assist clients and visitors
  • Manage calls, enquiries, and appointment bookings with care and efficiency
  • Support our Audiologists and team with day-to-day administration, including data entry, scanning, and filing
  • Coordinate appointment bookings and maintain the clinic schedule
  • Provide exceptional service to everyone you interact with – from clients to specialist partners
  • Keep the reception area welcoming and organised
About You

We value people who are not only skilled but also bring warmth and empathy to their work. Ideally, you will have:

  • Experience in a reception or admin role (healthcare experience highly regarded but not essential)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good organisational skills and a high level of attention to detail
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • A friendly, professional manner and a team-first attitude
