Deliver or co-lead crisis management consulting mandates including Documentation Reviews and Documentation Essentials packages for our clients.

About the role

The Crisis Management Consultant will deliver crisis management based on our methodology. Key duties:

  • Deliver modular training programs tailored to client seniority and maturity levels
  • Plan, delivery, and quality assurance across key segments and regions
  • Provide technical input and solution framing for strategic proposals
  • Assist commercial teams with expert input during pre-sales and client briefings
  • Create impactful external content (e.g., playbooks, webinars, toolkits)
  • Help position the crisis management practice as a thought leader in resilience and ISO 22361
  • Project-based position. Work orders will be issued as projects are confirmed, offering flexibility with the working hours

About you
  • +5 years' work experience in crisis management or consulting services within security environments such as government, law enforcement, defence, or national security sectors
  • Excellent English communication skills, written and oral
  • Competent in Microsoft Office (particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word), with the ability to support content development, data analysis, and project documentation
  • Bachelor's degree in Crisis Management, Security Studies, International Relations, or a related field
