Oaks Brisbane Woolloongabba Suites are looking for a Guest Service Agent who is passionate about providing excellent customer service to join the team on a casual basis.
Responsibilities include:
- Welcome and check in guests
- Communicate professionally
- Make bookings
- Assist guests during their stay
Monday to Sunday rotating roster. Shifts might start from 6:00am to 2:00pm or 2:00pm to 9:00pm.
Qualifications- Previous experience in a hotel or customer service environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional customer service skills and an unwavering positive attitude
- The ability to successfully provide a high level of customer satisfaction
- Professional presentation essential
- Availability to work a variety of shifts on a part-time basis, including weekends and public holidays
