Nestled in the heart of the CBUS Stadium precinct, Quest Robina is a 104-room apartment-style hotel that prides itself on providing exceptional guest experiences, including pet-friendly stays. We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Housekeeping Team Leader to join our Back of House team, maintaining the highest standards of presentation and service.

The Role

As the Housekeeping Team Leader, you will oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensuring guest rooms and common areas are immaculate and well presented. You will supervise a team of Room Attendants, foster a positive team culture, and contribute to training and development efforts while on duty.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise the housekeeping team to meet high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
  • Assist with induction and ongoing training of housekeeping staff.
  • Assist in preparing daily schedules and task allocation.
  • Conduct quality checks on rooms and common areas.
  • Monitor and assist in managing housekeeping stock and linen.
  • Maintain a safe and efficient workplace in line with OH&S practices.
  • Liaise with maintenance and front office to coordinate room readiness and support guests.
