We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeper to join our team. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our hotel rooms and public areas.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year's experience in a similar position within a 4-5 star hotel and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will also be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

About the Role
  • Service and clean hotel rooms for check-in and check-out
  • Maintain and clean the public areas of the hotel
  • Ensure rooms are cleaned and maintained to a high standard
  • Check supplies, equipment and housekeeping trolleys to ensure they are fully stocked and neatly presented
  • Monitor room status discrepancies and report to the housekeeping department and front office immediately
About You
  • You will have a keen eye for detail and be able to identify recurring cleaning issues
  • You will have a professional manner and exceptional customer service skills
  • You will have excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills
  • You will be friendly and positive, with the ability to think on your feet and resolve issues quickly
