Housekeeping Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our cleaning team in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Job Description

The successful candidate will oversee, guide and support the cleaning team to ensure all tasks are completed to a high standard and on schedule. They will be hands-on whenever needed and monitor and maintain cleaning standards in accordance with contractual and company requirements.

Responsibilities include supervising the daily cleaning and presentation of public areas, ensuring the team is fully conversant with health and safety obligations and adheres to policies. The ideal candidate will also provide on-the-job training and support for team members to help them improve their skills and performance.

Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years in housekeeping or a related role, with supervisory experience preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Effective leadership and communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in housekeeping management software is advantageous.
