In this highly visible role, you'll report to the Head of Performance & Reward and lead the ongoing review and development of remuneration governance practices. You'll play a key role in shaping and embedding CPS511 regulatory requirements and supporting the implementation of accountability regimes across ING Australia.

What you'll do

Managing and maintaining the ING requirements around Financial Accountability Regime (FAR) Framework

Managing key governance artefacts including Accountability Statements, Maps, and Fit & Proper registers

Partnering with Regulatory Affairs and other stakeholders to ensure compliance and uplift capability

Providing expert advice and training to managers on remuneration and performance governance

Contributing to global Performance & Reward strategies as part of ING's Community of Expertise

What we're looking for

An individual who thrives in a collaborative environment and brings deep expertise in remuneration governance.

5+ years' experience in remuneration, risk management or governance roles within APRA-regulated or listed entities

Proven experience working with senior executives and boards

Strong understanding of ASX governance practices and public disclosure requirements

Experience implementing advanced compensation reward programs

Managing and navigating requirements of regulatory frameworks (e.g.: FAR, CPS511 etc)

Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
